SmartGo for Macintosh

We're working on a version of SmartGo for the Apple Macintosh, and will announce further details when appropriate.

SmartGo for Windows runs great on Intel-based Macs using VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop.

Update (March 2012): Progress on the Mac version has been slow due to the success of the iPad and iPhone versions of SmartGo. The recent SmartGo Books project also took significantly longer than expected. I appreciate your patience.

The original plan was for licenses bought for the Windows version to transfer over to the Mac version. However, we'll be using the Mac App Store, as it greatly simplifies the user experience for installing and updating software, and that means a SmartGo for Windows license won't automatically work for the Mac version. We'll work with existing SmartGo customers to find a fair solution when the time comes.
