Guess Next Move

Replaying professional games is a great way to get stronger. And when you force yourself to think about where the next move will be played, you will learn a lot. It's perfect for identifying your blind spots.

Go to any professional game, choose Guess Next Move, and SmartGo will hide the next move. Think about each move and decide where you would play. If you guess right, SmartGo will proceed to the next move. If you guess wrong, SmartGo will give you three kinds of clues:

• Right area, wrong move: You played in the right area of the board, but didn't find the right move.
• Right move, wrong timing: You found a good move that will be played later, but your timing is off.
• Wrong move: Sorry, not even close.

SmartGo tracks your statistics as well as your hits and misses; you can go back through the game to see how you did.
